This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for the services offered by Adavallan Isaiyalayam, including dance classes, event participation, and graded dance courses.
1.Cancellations & Refunds for Dance Classes and Courses
• Cancellation requests for dance classes or grade-wise courses must be made within 5 days of enrollment to be considered for a refund.
• Refunds will not be provided after the 5-day cancellation period or if the student has attended any classes.
• If the class schedule is modified or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be issued. However, students may be offered alternative class schedules.
2.Cancellations & Refunds for Dance Events (Participant Entry Fees)
• Entry fees for dance events and performances are non-refundable once paid.
• If an event is canceled by Adavallan Isaiyalayam, participants will be eligible for a refund or may opt for participation in a rescheduled event.
• If a participant voluntarily withdraws from an event, no refund will be provided.
3.General Terms
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.
• Any disputes or concerns regarding refunds must be reported to our support team within 5 days of payment for consideration.
• If a student is unable to continue due to medical reasons, a request for refund or course postponement may be considered upon submission of valid medical proof.
• No refunds will be provided for missed classes or absences.
